This Photoshop Tips & Tricks section contains step-by-step process to create professional looking effects in no time at all. I realize that many of these tips can be done with a few clicks of some of the fancy filter sets, but these tips are designed for anyone to use and only require the original Photoshop program. These tips do require a basic knowedge of how Photoshop & it's tools work so if you are new to Photoshop, please read the manual or a book before starting here. I have tried to make the steps as easy as possible without boring the advanced users.

If you try an print these tips out and the text comes out white on your printer, just edit your browser settings to make all the default text BLACK while you print.

Photoshop 4.0 Users! 95% of these tips were done using Photoshop 3.05, so there may be a few steps that may not work. 4.0 is capable of doing all of these tips, but becuase of the new way 4.0 handles things such as text & selections, you may have to play with them a bit to get them to work correctly.
